VIDEO RECORDING: 

The one hour session is $200.00

If you selected a session greater than one hour, the first hour will be $200.00. Every additional hour will be $100 and every additional half hour will be $50.

Processing Time: 1-2 days

Editing:

After you receive your recording files, you can choose between the 1 Hour Editing Session: $120.00 or the 30 Minute Editing Session: $80.00. Afterwards, it will be $50.00 per 30 minutes.

AUDio Recording:

The one hour session is $140.00

CONCERT HALL RENTAL:

Our Concert Hall requires a 2 hour minimum rental. The first 2 hours is $400.00. Every additional hour will be $100.00 more.

Cleaning Policy

 

NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed inside the Concert Hall and the practice rooms. 

 

After using the Hall, we ask customers to ensure the Hall returns to its original state. This includes maintaining clean floors, removing garbage, and placing hall furniture, utensils, and other items back to where they were. Specifically, for those hosting a reception, we ask that all trash be taken out and thrown into the communal garbage outside in the parking lot. 

Fort Lee Music Hall enjoys being a place where people of all backgrounds can gather and enjoy music. To become a space where everyone can enjoy, we ask our customers to be mindful of cleaning up after their events!

Please note that there will be a $200 cleaning charge for events that are left unclean. 

Piano Policy 

During your rental period, we kindly request that you treat our instruments with the utmost care and respect, ensuring they are used in a manner consistent with their intended purpose. In the unlikely event that any issues or damages are identified during your use of the Steinway piano, please notify our management team immediately. 

 

Should any issues or damages be identified, and they are determined to be beyond normal wear and tear, a repair charge of $400 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover the cost of addressing and rectifying the reported concerns promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are cancelled 7 days before the date of your appointment will receive a full refund with transaction fees applied.

Appointments that are cancelled between 4-6 days before the date of your appointment will receive only a 50% refund.

Appointments that are cancelled between 1-3 days of your appointment will receive only a 30% refund.

Appointments that are cancelled on the day your appointment, you will not receive a refund.

There will be a 3% transaction fee that will be applied to all refunds.

 

Additional Services

Fort Lee Art Hall strives to provide high quality service and enhance your recording experience by including MP3 files and an audio mastering from DVD session.

To add an additional camera for your video recording session, it will be $40.00 per camera per hour.

For a professional headshot, it will be $200.00 (3 photos)

Disclaimer: Fort Lee Art Hall will only keep files for 6 months after the recording date.
