VIDEO RECORDING:

Recording:

• One hour session is $200.00

• If you selected a session greater than one hour, the first hour will be $200.00. Every additional hour will be $100 and every additional half hour will be $50.

• Processing Time: 2-3 days *also dependent on how many video recordings you do

• For next day service, it is an additional $50 ​

Editing:

• After you receive your recording files, you can choose between the 1 Hour Editing Session: $120.00 or the 30 Minute Editing Session: $80.00. Afterwards, it will be $60.00 per 30 minutes.

• Processing Time: 1-2 days

CONCERT HALL RENTAL:

​

• Our Concert Hall requires a 2 hour minimum rental. The first 2 hours is $500.00. Every additional hour will be $150.00 more. ​

• To have your concert recorded, it will be an additional $300. ​

Practice:

​

• Fort Lee Music Hall has four practice rooms available for individual / group practicing and holding lessons. ​

• It is $30 per hour to use one of our practice rooms.

• Please contact fortleemusichall@gmail.com to reserve a day and time for your practice room. ​

POLICIES:​

​

NO FOOD OR DRINKS in the Concert Hall and Practice Rooms 

Customers must return Hall to its original state after use: 

• Maintaining clean floors

• Throwing away garbage

• Placing hall furniture, equipment, and other items back to where they were.

• For those hosting a reception, we ask that all trash be taken out and thrown into the communal garbage outside in the parking lot. ​​​

• $200 cleaning charge for events that are left unclean

Fort Lee Music Hall enjoys being a place where people of all backgrounds can gather and enjoy music. To become a space where everyone can enjoy, we ask our customers to be mindful of cleaning up after their events! ​

Piano Policy 

• During your rental period, we kindly request that you treat our instruments with the utmost care and respect, ensuring they are used in a manner consistent with their intended purpose. In the unlikely event that any issues or damages are identified during your use of the Steinway piano, please notify our management team immediately. ​

• Should any issues or damages be identified, and they are determined to be beyond normal wear and tear, a repair charge of $400 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover the cost of addressing and rectifying the reported concerns promptly.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments that are cancelled 7 days before the date of your appointment will receive a full refund with transaction fees applied.

• Appointments that are cancelled between 4-6 days before the date of your appointment will receive only a 50% refund.

• Appointments that are cancelled between 1-3 days of your appointment will receive only a 30% refund.

• Appointments that are cancelled on the day your appointment, you will not receive a refund.

• There will be a 3% transaction fee that will be applied to all refunds.

 

Additional Services:

​

• Fort Lee Art Hall can provide MP3 files and audio mastering from DVD session.

• To add an additional camera for your video recording session, it will be $40.00 per camera per hour.

• For a professional headshot, it will be $200.00 (3 photos)

Disclaimer: Fort Lee Art Hall will only keep files for 6 months after the recording date.
